CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At MUIDSA, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that a client may want to re-schedule or cancel a course and we will try our best to accommodate these needs. However, please understand that class sizes are limited and we incur substantial cost to prepare and host scheduled courses therefore we must enforce the following refund policy:

CLASSROOM LESSONS:

Client Cancellations

Certification by MUIDSA for insurance discounts  and Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (Driver CPC) requires completion of all classroom and in-car requirements.

Course Cancellations

You are only eligible to receive a full  refund if cancellation notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the course start date.

Late cancellation fee: $150.00
No-show fee: $250.00

Should The Driving Academy cancel a course, clients are entitled to a full refund or enrolment in a future course.

IN-CAR LESSONS:

Client Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to the in-car instructor. The instructor’s contact information will be provided to clients or can be found under the “Meet Our Team” link.

A driving cancellation notice not given within the 24 hour period could result in a late cancellation/no show fee as outlined below:

Late cancellation fee: $50.00
No-show fee: $50.00

Proceeding lesson will not be booked until such missed lessons are paid in full.

Instructor Cancellations

In the event that the Driving Academy needs to cancel an in-car lesson, your driving instructor will contact you directly. You will not be charged a fee in this instance.
